                MRS. ANNIE LOU PACEY O'NEAL
                was born November 25, 1896. She came to St. Louis around the age
                of 5 years old. 
                In June of 1915 she married
                George Arthur O'Neal, and to this union was born nine children;
                six boys and three girls. Her husband and three sons preceded
                her in death. 
                She confessed a hope in
                Christ under the late Rev. Parker at the Pleasant Green Baptist
                Church, then on Wash Street, at a very early age and later
                united with The church of Jesus Christ, the late Bishop Dotson
                Brown, Pastor, where she was a devoted member of the church's
                Missions Circles organized by the late Rev. Mother Viola C.
                Brown. 
                As a young lady, she was
                involved in PTA at L'Overture School on Papin St., showing
                concern for her children and the welfare of others. 
                Mrs. O'Neal passed from
                this life on Thursday, November 22, 1990, at 4:00 p.m. at the
                St. Louis University Medical Center. 
                She leaves to mourn her
                passing: three daughters, three sons, a host of grandchildren,
                great and great-great grandchildren, two nieces, and many other
