HISTORY OF PULASKI COUNTY, ILLINOIS

 

Pulaski County was named for Casimir Pulaski, Father of the American Cavalry, who was a brilliant officer in the War of the Revolution.

Pulaski County is surrounded by the Ohio River on the south, Alexander County on the west, Union and Johnson counties on the north and Massac county on the east. It is situated along the
